Salary details: Grade 5 £8,913 - £9,605
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Organisational Transformation Team, a part of the Human Resources and Organisational Development Service at Doncaster Council. As an experienced HR and OD professional with highly developed skills you will be responsible for the project management and implementation of a range of HR and OD interventions which support the Council’s strategic priorities. Projects will directly support the delivery of the Council’s Workforce Strategy.
You will need excellent communication and influencing skills to engage senior leadership in the development and implementation of new HR/OD solutions. In addition you will engage with Council managers, staff and their representatives to drive forward performance improvement through identified transformation and change management projects.
You must be a self-starter with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and a high degree of personal drive and motivation. Ideally you will have a deep understanding of OD and change management methodology, experience of delivering significant organisational wide people and OD change, employee resourcing, developing and implementing talent management and succession planning, implementing reward and recognition frameworks , driving culture change and a proven track record of delivering successful organisation change . As an individual you will be experienced in and committed to equality and diversity. You will have the ability manage multiple projects, operate under pressure with tight deadlines and be resilient to changing circumstances and challenges.
