The following opportunities have arisen within DMBC Starting Well service for two posts for Early Help (Starting Well) Co-ordinator.
Post 1: Available at part time 18.5 hours, based on temporary contract to cover maternity leave until August 2017.
Post 2: Available at part time 29 hours, that is based on temporary contract until December 2017.
You will be required to work in Doncaster Civic Building as part of a team of coordinators supporting the work across Early Help Partnership.
The main focus of the duties will be to provide a system of support and challenge of lead practitioners to implement the early help assessment, planning intervention and review for early help support of children young people and families. By working under the direction of the Partnership Manager the successful candidates will work with local agencies and professionals to respond to emerging problems and share information with others to support early identification and assessment. To assist and co-facilitate interagency training on Early Help and in conjunction with Doncaster Safeguarding Children’s Board. In addition the postholders will undertake multi agency audits of Early Help assessments across the partnership as part of Quality Assurance process focusing on the child’s journey.
