The Virtual School is currently recruiting for a part-time (0.6 FTE) permanent Outreach Officer (Gypsy & Traveller) to join our team. The Outreach Officer will develop community links, enable parents to access educational opportunities for their children, and support schools/settings to engage positively with ‘hard-to-reach’ families in Gypsy and Traveller communities. We are looking for a self-motivated officer who can work well as part of a busy team. You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and use your initiative to carry out your duties effectively.
