Hours of work are 25 hours per week, over 5 days, term time only.
Bessacarr Primary is a relatively large group 3, fully inclusive school with 450 pupils aged 3 – 11, from a wide range of ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds.
As an experienced Teaching Assistant, your main role will be to provide one-to-one and small group support both in and out of the classroom as well as promoting inclusion and positive behaviour.
Duties will include:
Applicants must have recent work experience as a Teaching Assistant with experience of behaviour management within a Primary School setting and candidates will be expected to show a high level of understanding and good practice
