The Head teacher and Governors at Copley Junior School are looking to appoint a well-motivated, committed individual to join our staffing team. The position involves working with small groups of children in the classroom alongside the class teacher or outside the main teaching area, including small group work to deliver interventions. The ability to be flexible and accommodating to the needs of the school is paramount.

We are looking to appoint someone who:

  • Can use their initiative to work independently as well as working as part of a team
  • Will share our commitment for developing the best possible learning and pastoral environment for all children and ensure all children reach their potential

Experience of working in a school setting is desirable.
