33.5 hours per week.

The governors and head teacher of Woodlands Primary School are looking to appoint two highly motivated and skilled HLTAs one in KS1 and one in Early Years.

We are seeking to recruit experienced HLTAs to support the learning and progression of pupils both in the classroom setting and in small group teaching situations. The HLTAs will provide PPA and short absence cover as well as delivering interventions.

You will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the future outcomes and life chances of our pupils.

We are looking for someone who:

  • is an experienced HLTA
  • is highly organised, efficient and displays initiative
  • has the ability to guide and develop colleagues and pupils
  • has high expectations of self and others
  • has the vision, energy, enthusiasm and determination to make a difference
  • will be a model of effective classroom practice, with high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour
