We are looking for an advanced administrator to join our Academic Administrative Support Team.  Staff in this team administer pupil records, pastoral support, data, exams, timetables, pupil attendance, first aid and other activities that arise from these areas.  This post will focus specifically on pupil records and pastoral support, however, all team members are required to work across all areas of the service to ensure consistent support for the School and the wider Trust.  

Candidates will have the skills required to work positively and proactively with pupils and staff in delivering key administrative services across the School and the wider Trust.  Candidates must have GCSE A* - C in English and maths or equivalent, a related vocational qualification at level 5 or above and high level IT qualifications (Microsoft).  In addition it is preferable that candidates have knowledge and experience of using software packages including SIMs, or be able to evidence the ability to learn and use such products at a high level.
