We have a wonderful opportunity for a HLTA to join Astrea at working at one of our academies in the Doncaster area.
The post holder will complement the teacher’s delivery of the national curriculum and contribute to the development of other support staff, pupils and Academy policies. The candidate will be able to work collaboratively with staff and assist teachers in the who planning cycle. They will also provide support for pupils, the teacher and the Academy in order to raise standards of achievement for all Pupil Premium pupils, by utilising advanced levels of knowledge and skills when assisting with planning, monitoring, assessing and managing classes, and to encourage pupils to become independent leaners, to provide support for their welfare, and to support the inclusion of pupils in all aspects of Academy life.
