Working as a Cook Basic / Assistant Cook you will assist the person in charge of the kitchen to: 

Prepare and cook healthy nutritious meals for pupils and staff 

Deputize in the absence of any cook 

Previous experience and qualifications in a catering role would be required.

The required hours of the post are 25 hours (variable) term time (8.30 am to 1:30pm) plus 6 Teacher Training days. 

Working hours are variable as meal numbers can change.  Therefore hours can increase or decrease on 1st May & 1st November each year.
