Hexthorpe Primary Academy is a popular school that serves a diverse community.  We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and conscientious person to provide excellent administrative support to the Academy, Business Manager & Office Manager.   The successful candidate must be prepared to attend meetings if required and attend any relevant courses. 

You will be:

  • Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Creative and innovative
  • A good team worker
  • An effective communicator (with children, parents, staff & visitors)
  • Committed to your own professional learning
  • An experienced SIMS user or show demonstrable experience in similar IT systems
  • Excellent in the use of other IT i.e. Microsoft Office
  • An experienced administrator
  • Able to support the Principal, Business Manager & Office Manager
